I booked this company a week before my move (in the fall) after comparing quotes and reviews and I was very happy with everything. Joe and Jacob were punctual and courteous, worked very hard the entire time and moved quickly. They were careful with my belongings and I would absolutely use OTM again. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was superior. Excellent experience overall; you won’t be disappointed if you choose this company for your moving needs!

Everyone that we dealt with, from scheduling our move to the day of the move was great! Communication before the actual moving day was consistent. We actually used them for 2 different moves within 30 days of each other. Everyone was professional and a definite great value as well. Chris, Quay & Marquis were courteous and had such wonderful attitudes! Very professional and hardworking each time. My family and I would recommend OTM anytime!!

There are so many great things I have to say about this company. After the original moving company I had scheduled a month or two in advance canceled on me twice (and once the last time I moved), I decided to go with a different company. I needed help within two days time due to the other company canceling so close to my deadline. Everyone I interacted with at On The Move was super helpful, very responsive, understanding, and extremely professional. They were able to get my move scheduled within such a short period of time and worked hard to do so. Not only that, but the movers were so efficient. They showed up prepared, on-time, and handled my items with care, and were, again, very professional and friendly. The cost was also affordable! I recommend.

We had a great experience with OTM! I got quotes from 2 other companies, and these guys beat the quotes by $500+. These companies were estimating we’d need more trucks/crew PLUS more time than OTM quoted. In addition, OTM beat their own time! They estimated 6-8 hours and it took them 5 on the dot! I enjoyed talking to the guys when they weren’t running around breaking stuff down, wrapping, and transporting. Thank you Joesph, Jacob, and Jaylon for a great move! I will be recommending y’all to our realtor to suggest to her future clients in need of moving services. If I moved again, I’d request these guys 100%. They made me feel comfortable and took great care with our items. They wrapped even the smaller things that frankly, I didn’t think needed to be wrapped.

We are having our home renovated due to water damage and needed a company to move our personal belongings into a storage unit during repairs. I found On The Move on Google, called and had a great conversation with Katie Williams, booked the move date, and then had an excellent experience with James Knowles and team on moving day! Moving is a stressful experience no matter what and we had the added stress of a pet emergency on moving day. James and his team didn't miss a beat - they were professional, courteous, understanding, and most importantly, packed and handled all of our belongings with care. Side note - I am very impressed with their "Tetris" skills on packing the POD and still having some left over room for us to put things in!

They were on time, very courteous, they cared about your furniture. They worked hard and never took a break even as hot as it was. So polite. Cost wise they were very surprisingly good. If you want a great mover these are the people for you. Thank you for such a great job.

I recently hired OTM Moving and Storage and am very appreciative of the professionalism and attention to detail service the entire staff provided, from the accuracy of the initial quote, and the job being completed, I have nothing but positive things to say. Joseph, Ralph, and Uche are “excellent movers” and all were very courteous and made sure to treat all of my items they moved with the upmost care. Just completed a move with OTM! James, Joseph, Horace and DK were great and very easy to do business with. They took great care to ensure that furniture and sensitive items were wrapped and packed correctly for safe transportation. No issues. They placed items in the new house wherever we wanted them and ensured items like beds were reassembled correctly. They were friendly and worked very hard. These guys worked very well as a team. It showed. In short, these guys are good!

Joseph, Seth and JR worked hard all day and did a terrific job. Not a single thing was broken and they were very careful not to damage any of the walls despite some very tight corners. I would highly recommend these young men.

Single apartment move up one floor in both locations and completed in less than three hours. James Knowles and his partner were efficient, professional, and careful. They even completed some handy work putting together a desk much quicker than I would have. All in the move was relatively inexpensive and I was very satisfied. No damage, quick, respectful, and cheap - no complaints. I plan to use them again in the future!
